Charles Day Palmer, Jr. (b. Feb. 20, 1902, Chicago, Ill.-d. June 7, 1999, Washington, D.C.), U.S. Army general, graduated from West Point in 1924. Robert D. Forman (1911-1971) was born in Fort Worth, Texas, and attended the Southwestern University, Memphis, Tennessee and studied law at the University of Memphis.
